“In my street painting, I do find myself going back to the work of the masters periodically, simply to broaden my understanding of technique and improve my skills. I value the wealth of imagery from the past that allows this type of investigation.”

A more traditional method of street painting includes reproductions of master works and/or original 2-D based designs. While these images offer an opportunity to develop as a street painter and artist, Tracy usually alters or changes these types of compositions to make them more personal. Framing, composite images and image transformation are all techniques employed by Tracy since she first began street painting.
